Choose a problem to see what to check first.
Charger will not pair
Enable 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Keep the EV disconnected, check that the Wi-Fi indicator is flashing and move closer to the router. Repeat the model-specific pairing sequence.
Pairing steps ↗Charger is offline
Check router connectivity, Wi-Fi signal strength and Charger Network settings. If the network has changed, follow the pairing instructions again.
Reconnect your charger ↗Charging will not start
Check hardware status and vehicle connection or lock state. Review the selected mode, any delay or schedule, and whether Charging Approval is waiting for the host. If protection warnings repeat, stop and follow the hardware manual.
Immediate and Delayed charging ↗Schedule misses the cheaper hours
Compare the Smart Schedule with your active Rate Plan. Check weekday and weekend settings, the selected schedule and Scheduled mode. Turn off the vehicle’s own scheduler when using SmartApp scheduling.
Smart Schedule guide ↗Cost or savings looks wrong
Check currency, tariff prices and hours, the active Rate Plan and when your tariff changed. Earlier records may not recalculate. For Dynamic Rate, also check rate currency and exchange-rate settings. Estimates are for reference; use your electricity provider’s bill for actual charges.
Rate Plan guide ↗Solar Only cannot be enabled
Check that a compatible primary Smart Meter is correctly installed, bound to the charger, online and reporting correctly. It must measure the main incoming supply, not just the solar circuit. Charging also needs sufficient solar surplus.
Smart Meter setup ↗DLB is unavailable
Check host-account access, supported meter and charger, feature activation and the Master / Slave role. With multiple supported chargers, set the main-breaker rating on the Master; the manual describes one Master and up to two Slaves.
DLB guide ↗Dynamic Rate is unavailable
Check supported market and account access, the data source and your tariff contract. The manual describes a subscription feature with invited beta access; availability depends on market and account.
Dynamic Rate guide ↗A charging session is missing
Physically remove the EV connector while the charger is still powered and online. Wait for standby and cloud upload before removing supply power.
Finish and save a session ↗No matching topic. Try a different word or contact support below.
